Real Oviedo maintains control over the possible exit of Haissem Hassan. Negotiations with Celtic continue, but there is no agreement yet for the winger.
The Moroccan winger has been linked with a move to Celtic, although Real Oviedo has not accepted any concrete offer. The Asturian club, which finished the 2025 season in 20th place in LaLiga with 29 points (6 wins, 11 draws, and 21 losses), is looking to strengthen its squad to avoid another relegation.
Hassan was one of the few bright spots in a team that conceded 60 goals and scored only 26 last season. His possible sale could generate income for new signings, although the club does not want to lose one of its most unbalanced players without an adequate offer.
The sporting director of Real Oviedo has made it clear that the club will have the final say. If Celtic does not improve its proposal, Hassan could remain at the Carlos Tartiere next season, where he will try to help the team improve its performance.
